How Does it work?

Book Your Vehicle
Choose your vehicle and rental term (weekly or monthly).

Choose & Reserve
Pick your vehicle and rental dates, then click Reserve. A 50% reservation payment is required to lock the vehicle.

  1. Reservation Confirmed
    After your payment is processed you’ll receive an instant confirmation email and a direct contact number. We’ll propose a public meet time and the vehicle location for pickup. (We do not provide access codes until the meetup is complete.)

  2. Meet & Inspect
    We’ll meet you at the vehicle at the agreed time. You’ll inspect the car with us right there — we’ll also show proof of registration and active insurance and complete a short pre-rental checklist together (visual inspection + timestamped photos).

  3. Pay the Balance & Sign
    Once you’re satisfied, the remaining balance is paid (card, Apple/Google Pay, or cash). You’ll sign a quick digital rental agreement and get an emailed receipt immediately. A security hold or refundable deposit (e.g., $100) is collected as agreed.

  4. Keys Handoff — Drive Away
    After payment and ID verification, we hand over the keys and you’re on the road. We’ll confirm the trip start time and contact details for support.

  5. Return & Deposit Release
    Return the vehicle at the agreed location/time. We’ll do a quick walk-through together; if everything checks out, any refundable deposit hold is released and your receipt is sent.

What to Bring

  • Valid driver’s license

  • The card you’ll use to pay the balance (or cash)

  • Photo ID for verification (we’ll only use it to confirm identity)

  • Your phone (we’ll send the receipt and agreement via email/text)

Why we meet in person

We know paying online before seeing a car can feel risky. Meeting at the vehicle lets you confirm condition, see proof of insurance/registration, and complete the transaction face-to-face — the same confidence you’d get from a traditional rental company, but faster and more personal.

Contactless Option (if you prefer)

If you absolutely prefer not to meet in person, we offer a verified contactless pickup: we’ll do a short live video ID check and walkaround with you, then release the lockbox code after the balance is paid in person or via secure authorization. (Contactless pickups require a higher deposit and pre-approval.)
